TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BLOOM WELLNESS AND COUNSELLING CENTRE does not hold any responsibility for extreme cases of psychotic disorders like schizophrenia, suicidal tendencies requiring medical treatment or interventions. We recommend visiting nearby psychiatric clinic or calling some suitable suicide prevention helpline.

Our Team is free to logout or terminate the session in case of any unruly or unpleasant behaviour by clients without refund.

No personal information of any of the employees will be provided to the clients.

Consultation can be rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment time.

REFUND POLICY

• The refund can be made only In case of any technical or administrative issues preventing sessions or appointment due to the error at our end.
• No refund will be made if client fails to attend the session on the scheduled date and time as per terms and conditions.

AMENDMENT

Bloom Wellness and Counselling Centre reserves the right in our sole discretion to change, amend, add or delete the privacy policy at anytime without notice. It is your responsibility to review this privacy policy for any changes. By using our services you expressly consent to the privacy policy and terms and conditions hereby specified by us with any changes.
