Anxiety

It is highly normal to feel anxious about certain conditions like change of job, change of house, taking an exam or test etc. These anxieties generally last till you finish a certain task. But if you are anxious almost all the time, and if the feeling of fear is very intense, then it needs attention, as it can affect your physical and mental health. The task you were once enjoying may feel very disturbing now, you lose interest in everything, you may fear crossing the road, facing people and may  feel like leaving home ever. If left as it is, it may get worse. Be it any kind of phobia or panic disorder, it’s important to know that you don’t have to live with anxiety and fear.
